HYDRO ACTIVE® Sealfoam is a hydrophilic polyurethane designed to form a flexible gasket or plug in joints or cracks in concrete. In its uncured form, HYDRO ACTIVE® Sealfoam is a pale yellow, low viscosity liquid. When it comes into contact with water, the grout expands quickly and cures to a tough, flexible, adhesive, closed-cell foam that is essentially unaffected by mildly corrosive environments.

Colflex Plus
is a flexible EPDM rubber system that has outstanding elastomeric qualities for sealing cracks and expansion joints. The backing fabric is a woven polyester mesh with coarse perforations for ease of application. The center strip is made of a halogen-free EPDM rubber. Colflex Plus is suitable for air, vapor and waterproof sealing of joint corners. Colflex Plus is used with an adhesive, Denepox Gel 125. SWELLSEAL® WA is a single component hydrophilic mastic, designed for sealing smooth to very irregular construction joints and pipe penetrations. SWELLSEAL® WA is supplied in cartridge or sausage. Material cures and swells in the presence of moisture or water. Curing time is dependent on temperature and humidity, i.e. curing time will decrease if temperature and RH are higher. SWELLSEAL® WA will become firm in 24-36 hours. Performance is not affected by the curing time.

HYDRO ACTIVE® Cut is a hydrophobic polyurethane that, when mixed with HYDRO ACTIVE® Cut Cat and makes contact with water, is designed to fill large voids in rock fissures, gravel layers, joints, and cracks in concrete structures and for the cut-off of gushing water. Depending on the temperature and amount of accelerator (HYDRO ACTIVE® Cut Cat) used, the grout quickly cures to a rigid, closed cell polyurethane foam that is resistant to most organic solvents, mild acids, alkali, petroleum and micro-organisms.
